Membership is a digital product/service. Unless otherwise required by applicable consumer law, payments are non-refundable after access is granted.

Exceptions

  • Duplicate payment caused by technical error
  • Confirmed payment with no access delivery due to our system fault
  • Cases where mandatory local consumer law requires a remedy
